Did you know that the Alhambra was a city within Nasrid Granada?
We will start visiting the Alhambra, whose construction was started by the founder of the Nasrid dynasty Mohamed Ibn Alhamar, in the 13th century on the red hill (Assabika) that dominates Granada. We will continue to Generalife, which next to the Alhambra was the place of pleasure for the Moorish Kings of Granada; it stands out for its wonderful gardens with abundant and varied glories, precious water games that according to the poet Manuel Machado is hidden water that cries. You will visit the Patio de la Acequia and the Patio de la Sultana.
